Fabric Knitting
We are capable to produce the knitted fabrics of supreme quality; it is an imperative that superior quality raw materials are procured at competitive prices. At our facility we always used the finest quality yarn for knitting.
We are skilled to produce Pique, Jersey, Fleece, French Terry, Herringbone Fabrics, Interlock: (Interlock waffle, mini waffle, thermal, mini thermal and many more) similarly Rid with and without Lycra (ranging from 1×1 Rib up to 12×1 Rib) Feed, Auto and Engineered stripes ( in a wide range of jersey and pique fabrics) Lycra Jersey, Pique and Fleece.
Our flat knitting department comprising of enough machines those can handle all kinds of trims ranging from solid, tipped and jacquard trims Collar & cuffs and Flat Knit Panels.
Fabric Dyeing
Our well-equipped Dyeing department with a production capacity of around 10,000 Kg of dyeing / day allows us to fully meet our dyeing requirements. Dept Dyeing machines for dyeing cotton fabric and a fully computerized high temperature jet-dyeing and soft flow dyeing machines to dye all kinds of synthetic fabrics including polyester.
A well-equipped laboratory ensures all dyed fabric is properly checked, as per buyer’s requirements, for factors such as shrinkage, color fastness, etc.
Fabric Finishing
Finishing department comprises of automatic hydro-extractors for the removal of moisture from dyed fabric, computerized tension less dryers for instant fabric drying, soft-setting and calendaring machines for systematic soft-setting and rolling of fabric, fully computerized compaction machines for complete shrinkage control, and panel wash machines and tumble dryers for panel washing the fabric to give minimum shrinkage value.
Again personal attention ensures that all the fabric leaving the finishing department is properly inspected and thoroughly checked for relevant factors before being forwarded to the next stage of production.
With our recent induction of open width Stentor and compactor we have made this department well equipped to handle all kinds of fabrics for both appearance and shrinkage.
However based on each fabric kind we select different finishing processes to achieve optimum results. Dimensional stability and lustrous finish in fabrics; Soft Finish and Low Shrinkage. With the cumulative capacity of 50,000 Kgs per month.
Stitching Production Capacity
Our Cutting Units working under the supervision of skilled unit managers, these cutting units are well equipped with latest machinery including Gerber Plotter, Auto Spreader, Auto cutter, Band Knife, Spreader, Bierrebi etc.
We can do all kinds of different embroideries from slids to appliqué . We make sure the best embroidery thread is used to ensure color fastness and avoid breaking. being quality conscious, we always used high quality of all kinds of embroidery backing (tear away, cut away, dissolve etc.).
With 200 stitching machines, manned with the most skilled and expert operators. The Quality control and Quality Assurance departments are in place to make sure the company’s objective of zero defect. Computerized Bar coding and Back Track systems provides 100% predictability and tracking performance.
Quality Control
There are quality checks at every stage of manufacturing starting from Raw Cotton, Yarn, Fabric, Processing, Cutting, Stitching and Packing. Before the fabric is cut, it is checked whether it conforms to the customer’s standards of shrinkage, finished g/cm2 etc. After each lot of fabric is cut, 100% cut parts inspection is conducted to ensure that only good quality pieces move to the stitching units.
Quality control is guaranteed by regular checks and monitoring at different stages to maintain a high standard of quality while ensuring consistency in our production Lines. Quality control strictly enforced not only for stitching details but also for color matching
Management establishes a documented quality plan setting out the specific quality practice, resources required and the sequence of activities relevant to the particular product.
Quality is key in terms of manufacturing. We ensure that all our product meet or exceed the quality standard of our customers and certifying organizations.
Our Quality control department is working at following processes; Fabric Inspection, Trims evaluation, Cutting, In Line Inspection, 100 % End Line, Pressing, 100 % Final Quality Checking.
Pattern Making
Since Pattern making is one of the fundamental steps for successful dress and design of garment so we have skilled and professional team of pattern makers interprets a design by drafting it through pattern pieces as per the body specifications and measurement following a set of instructions in order to create a style and are capable to convert patterns with Gerber AccuMark 3D technology streamlines the design and development process through a direct connection between 2D patterns and 3D simulations into 2D, Gerber Plotting, digitizing and hard paper templates as well.
Embellishment
We’re handling Embellishment part as well. We have pretty reliable sources for Printing which are well equipped to execute with Screen Printing, Heat Transfers, Off Set and (DTG) Direct-to-Garment Printing techniques.
We also have Embroidery Source having state of art machines Tajima and Barudan with 200 heads and 4-5 colors.
